His background includes extensive roles as a builder, developer, general contractor, and sponsor/operator, bringing unparalleled insights and knowledge to each case. Jeff’s expertise in real estate has led him to testify in state court, arbitration, and mediation, often helping clients achieve early settlements through his strategic approach.

Over the years, Jeff has developed more than 4 million square feet of commercial real estate, with experience covering every aspect of the industry—planning, entitlements, finance, construction, operations, property management, brokerage, and partnership structuring. Jeff holds a Master of Real Estate Development (MRED) and a Bachelor of Science from the University of Southern California. As a licensed general contractor and real estate broker for over 40 years, and a former securities broker with Wilshire Securities, Jeff’s qualifications are extensive.
